We are using each of our IPs for up to four bots (unless a dedicated IP is ordered), and if you or one of other clients on the same IP gets ratelimited, so does everybody on the address. Let us know as soon as possible about this and we will change the IP for you to fix the issue, and will contact the client whose bot has caused the issue.
