Setup is typically completed instantly after payment by our automatic order system, if this is not the case make sure to wait for a little while. If it takes more than two hours please reach out to us by opening a ticket. Dedicated Servers or Virtual Dedicated Servers are delivered within 24 - 72 hours or longer depending on stock.
We try to provide you with the best uptime we possibly can, and in normal situations this means that your server will be online 24-7. If there is an outage due to unforeseen circumstances we may choose to credit your account. If this is the case, make sure to open a ticket and we'll review your case.
Our customer support is generally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you with all of your service problems.
We are available through tickets in our billing portal, Discord or live chat built in to our panel and our website.
If you cancel your order within 24 hours from the moment your requested a gameserver, you're entitled to a full refund of already paid fees. Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days.
Dedicated servers may only be refunded in the event there is an issue with the service within the first 24 hours.
A cancellation request for Dedicated Servers must be submitted 48 hours before the next payment is due.
The applicable law for our services are the laws of the United States of America.
Any dispute shall be referred solely to a court of competent jurisdiction at the place of business of Server Starter Host LLC.
